As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary:
The Scheduling Administrator assists with classroom course facilitation and is responsible for coordinating EHS instructors, print vendors, and site personal for global trainings. Minimum of 25 global sessions/year, two instructors per session. Schedule will be set a year in advance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and schedule approved GE Vernova instructors to conduct the training, based on site location. Liaison between the instructors and the site.
- Lead meetings with site EHS personnel to ensure the location has all necessary tools/resources to host the training session. Room, equipment, meal, etc.
- Monitor the course enrollment. If volume is low, work closely with the GE Vernova manager so they can get additional headcount.
- Establish a strong rapport with an established print company who will handle all the printed material for the sessions. Coordinate the quantity, global shipping address, point of contact, etc.
- Post session, use attendance list to request credit for the students in GE Learning.
- You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years applicable experience in an administrative role with demonstrated success/knowledge in schedule management for multiple individuals
- English Proficiency required
- Must be able to flex work hours on occasion, to speak with global site team members (early morning or late night)
Desired Characteristics:
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience working in a large company
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and presentation/writing skills
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, complete multiple projects within time constraints and work in a fast –paced work environment
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.25 to $35.10. Employees may be eligible for overtime. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.
